Happy New Year from RMC!

Hope everyone had a good holiday break!

As we moved into the new year, we have made a lot of new connections and projects and are grateful for everything.

We visited LAPOM (Los Angeles Pride of Mahjong) on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and we had a great time.

A total of 60 players came to celebrate during the 2 days and I was able to pull this off :)

Su-Anko (Tanki) + Sho-Su-Shi. Note that it is also Hon-Ro +Hon-Itsu ;)

Some places see a Su-Anko Tanki wait as a double Yakuman, so this would be considered as a Triple Yakuman! I personally haven’t won a Yakuman for 3 years, so this would make up for them all!

Unfortunately, the rules that we were playing with only counts it as one haha

But it was still a memorable way to end 2019!

Aside from that, one of the former professional player named TK, held a quick seminar on how to “properly” distribute point sticks!

We had a quick livestream on our Facebook page and it was quite informational!

Nothing is “forced” but it is good to keep these things in mind when we play with others for a smooth game!

We hope to cover more contents like this in 2020!
